The Client Service Support team is expanding to support the 24/7 service for our full contingent of global clients. We’re looking for Client Service Support Advisors who have a passion for providing an exceptional client experience and will relish the opportunity to join a fast growing business to be the first line of defence for our clients. In this role you will have the opportunity to work alongside the broader Account Management Team and a number of experts in the industry.
As the team is expanding to 24/7 support, our team will work on a shift pattern where you will be required to work 5 out of 7 days in a rotation. You will be required to work weekends and evenings, to ensure we are providing our clients with the best possible service.
Key Responsibilities of the role:
In this role your key responsibilities will be:
Acting as the first line of defence for the client, answering all queries that come through via email and phone
Ensuring you are the point of contact for our clients to manage BAU queries by closing them out, internally in the team or working with internal stakeholders from front to back
Managing clients expectations whilst taking ownership and accountability of queries
Building close working relationships with all Account and Relationship Managers and the wider business
Representing the values of Copper with the firms best interests, whilst ensuring what we do is for the benefit of the client, always acting with integrity
Providing high touch support for multiple customer segments; high value traders, institutions, non-crypto native firms
Your experience, skills and knowledge
As the ideal candidate for this role you will:
Have experience working in a client facing role and pride themselves on providing an exceptional experience
Work at a very detailed level with high attention to detail
Be a logical thinker/problem solver who is self-motivated and a strong contributor within a team
Demonstrate the ability to utilise judgment in decision-making processes and decisions related to job tasks
Clearly demonstrate strong analytical, statistical and organisational skills
Be adaptable and enjoy being part of a team, both the department and the firm, and can confidently approach others
Have excellent skills in communicating ideas both verbally and in written form, in a clear, concise and professional manner with experience in presenting to clients
It would be great if you had some of the below skills, however they are not essential:
- Exhibit a good understanding of key financial systems and fund structures
- Have an understanding of Crypto, Traditional Finance and/or FinTech
- Knowledge of how a custodian works and where it sits inside the finance
- An understanding of Reputational Risk
- Any other languages outside of English would be a bonus
