People Operations Team

We’re looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our rapidly growing People Team over the next 6 months. You will join the business to oversee the payroll process for both UK and overseas.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Managing payroll within the business including, UK, US, Contractor and Global Payroll
• Taking ownership of the payroll via systems and also excel spreadsheets
• Administering of benefits and creating accounts for current and new benefits in the business (both UK and overseas benefits)
• Manage the daily payroll queries, ensuring they are responded to accurately and in a timely manner
• Providing an excellent experience to your internal stakeholders and external providers

Your experience, skills and knowledge – what we need from you:

• Experience running payroll in both the UK and overseas
• Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines whilst juggling several tasks at once
• Strong computer literacy, with advanced Excel Skills
• Experience working with systems and inputting high levels of data
• Strong attention to detail, producing high standards of work at all times
