Department environment

The Account Management team sits within the Customer Success function which is responsible for supporting all aspects of revenue visibility, driving more efficient and effective ways to continue to grow revenue predictably across the Copper business. The vision crafted will be in collaboration with Executive Management impacting and influencing the overall revenue strategy of Copper SAAS and potentially Enterprise. This role requires the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and collaboration with key customers as well as stakeholders across multiple groups including Sales, Success, Marketing, and Product Management.

Key Responsibilities of the role:

  • Reporting to the Relationship Manager, this role will require the successful candidate to liaise with internal stakeholders globally to ensure effective management of an existing client portfolio to drive revenue growth
  • Working with the Relationship Managers to identify suitable products and features that can be cross-sold to their client portfolio
  • Co-ordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure product support and cross-departmental collaboration
  • Managing and conducting regular meeting/calls with key external stakeholders to enable an appropriate collection of feedback data from the client
  • Driving understanding of current client organisation structure and strategies for internal stakeholders
  • Day to day management of client relationships and timely escalation of issues to the RM and Copper Senior Management
  • Delivering key material to the Relationship Manager in preparation for a structured review meetings
  • Timely delivery of KPI updates to RM, CRO and COO

Your experience, skills and knowledge

  • Previous experience in a client-facing role where you are comfortable communicating with Head of Operations/Trading and respective C-Suite team members
  • Experience with Prime Brokerage offering and workflows, with a strong knowledge of internal systems, processes and technical policies
  • Must have led or participated in the management of a portfolio of client accounts within FinTech
  • Must exhibit a good understanding of key financial systems and fund structures
  • Familiarity with Crypto, Custody and Trading platforms
  • Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight or Planhat
  • Working at a very detailed level on standalone projects and in reporting to clients
  • Understanding of client relationship building and project management oversight
  • Logical thinker/problem solver who is self-motivated and a strong contributor within a team
