Key Responsibilities of the role

Copper Enterprise and the Copper partner program enable large-scale organisations such as banks to leverage the power of the Copper platform as single-tenant solutions. This enables customers to build their own digital asset management business on blockchain technology and Copper’s secure, award winning platform. Our partners extend Copper’s solution thru integrations and joint go-to-market campaigns.

Enterprise is a huge growth opportunity for Copper requiring expertise and bold execution in marketing. The responsibilities of the role include:

  • Segmenting the market into addressable chunks
  • Defining buyer personas and understanding buyer concerns and opportunities
  • Defining messaging
  • Developing content that drives leads into the funnel
  • Distributing content across the appropriate channels to drive demand
  • Nurturing prospects through the buy cycle
  • Nurturing existing customers
  • Measuring success of the above with best practice and data
  • Providing partners with marketing assets to support growth

Your experience, skills and knowledge

The ideal candidate for this role will demonstrate:

  • Relevant experience working in an international marketing role, EMEA, US and Asia Pac
  • End-to-end marketing best practice from definition to execution, measurement and optimization
  • Experience working in Enterprise technology, ideally in financial services (not necessarily crypto/digital – traditional finance preferred)
  • Partner marketing expertise
  • Experience working with Cloud technology, blockchain a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the professional experience to communicate information across senior stakeholders
  • The ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels including, analysts, customers and business partners
  • Outstanding writing skills that enable you to create content
  • Proven knowledge of industry tools, such as Salesforce and ZoomInfo
  • Digital distribution experience, working with vertical, LinkedIn, YouTube etc
  • Account Based Marketing a plus
  • Experience working in a high-growth start up environment a bonus
