Department environment

We’re looking for a talented in-house recruiter to join our rapidly growing People Team. You will support the team to help us find and secure top talent, provide an exceptional candidate experience and build our recruitment practices. The role remit will include supporting vacancies across all Copper entities, including the UK, Singapore, and the USA.

Your key roles and responsibilities in this role:

1. Talent Acquisition

• Ensure a strong pool of candidates is sourced for all vacancies.
• Identify, manage and continuously refine an appropriate selection of job boards/sourcing tools
• Ensure the best possible candidate experience with regards to communication and feedback throughout the candidate journey.
• Actively investigate opportunities to enhance diversity of candidate pools.
• Maintain an awareness of current and potential business needs and pipeline/flag appropriate candidates pro-actively.

2. Candidate Assessment

• Co-ordinate all interviews and conduct 1st stage candidate screening
• Develop and maintain a suite of candidate assessment tools/tests
• Ensure all candidates undergo a thorough assessment in line with agreed assessment stages.

3. Operational Excellence

• Develop a library of tools and templates to improve the efficiency of recruitment, including adverts, role specific assessment questions, and Candidate/Manager communication.
• Facilitate improvement of recruitment practices at Copper, including ongoing feedback to managers during the interview process, delivery of recruitment training, and development of tools and resources.
• Actively seek and respond to feedback relating to the candidate experience with Copper.
• Ensure compliance with any regulatory or legal requirements is maintained within recruitment practices.

Your experience, skills and knowledge – what we need from you:

• Established candidate sourcing and assessment experience, up to Senior Manager level. Preferably inhouse and within a global environment, ideally in the context of a technology or financial services business.
• Experience of managing job boards, talent attraction platforms and social media streams relevant to recruitment.
• Genuine passion and enthusiasm for talent attraction and development, and a desire to continuously improve.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills. English essential; Russian desirable.
• Proven ability to operate in a flexible and pragmatic way. Able to handle confidential information sensitively.
