Job description

We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our Product organisation to improve our existing partner integrations, deliver new ones, and own bringing new improvements to the entire Copper platform through active engagement with internal and external partners. Our Technical Product Managers are passionate about solving problems, working across the entire organisation and ownership of critical product enhancements.

Your experience, skills and knowledge – what we need from you

• Work closely with other product managers and engineers across the company to identify and build new integrations into Crypto Exchanges, digital assets ecosystem across DeFi, Blockchains, Tokens and more
• Own and deliver key projects that connect all areas of our business
• Assess technical and business considerations to take strategic decisions on 3rd party integrations, product roadmap & help build the Copper Platform
• Collect feedback from internal and external stakeholders to advocate for new features that will help us build the best products for our clients
• Work in cross-functional teams spanning Engineering, Experience Design, Compliance, Client Success and Business Operations, to prioritise organisational objectives and execute strategically important goals and initiatives
• Work with other exceptionally talented and motivated global peers to shape our products and features

Success Factors

• Experience working for a start-up/a small company, being driven and excited by small teams’ ability to get things done
• Knowledge of product management, agile development process, APIs, experience with relevant tools, obsession with simple, efficient and straightforward processes
• Working-level understanding of institutional finance, sufficient to communicate and understand senior members of Copper’s clients
• Being aware of basic principles of blockchain technology and mechanics of blockchain transactions
• Multi-cultural awareness and experience working with distributed development teams, especially in CEE (RU/UA/BY/RO/etc.)
• Bonus points: Blockchain settlements, Tradfi clearing, settlement
